444k Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 444k ("444k", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 444k online betting and casino website, its associated mobile experience, and all services made available through the platform. 04 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. You must not allow any third party to access your account or place wagers on your behalf.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

In-play betting markets may be suspended or settled differently from pre-match markets depending on the circumstances of the event. 444k's settlement decisions for all betting markets are final and binding.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444k platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 444k account at the same time or sequentially using the same or different identifying information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, interact with casino games, or navigate the platform in a manner not intended for natural human users.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to profit from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the use of inside information relating to any sporting event available on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with any part of the platform's software, data, or infrastructure, including through hacking, injection attacks, reverse engineering, or any other technical means.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer casino games, poker, or any other format where collusion would confer an unfair advantage.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or providing false information during registration or account verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is prohibited by law, including through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 444k platform — including but not limited to the 444k brand name and logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive property of 444k or its licensed content suppliers. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 444k platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 444k.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444k and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the 444k platform or any of its services.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Termination

You may close your 444k account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided that all identity verification requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding withdrawal restrictions apply.

444k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion if it has grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, that the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 444k in respect of your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements between the parties relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or void under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

All decisions made by 444k in relation to the settlement of sports betting markets, the outcome of casino games, the validity of bonus usage, and the status of player accounts are final and binding, subject to the informal dispute resolution process described above.
